First of all, I would like to request prayer for our sister Anita in Maryland, who was just diagnosed with breast cancer. She is seeing her doctor this
afternoon, and meeting the surgeon on Wednesday and will bring me up to date then.
And praise for my granddaughter Tysha, who was baptized this morning!! This was a surprise for me since she has been having many difficulties arising from certain birth defects. However she spent the day with me on Friday and she and I had a talk about what is going on and what the LORD would like to see in her life. I will be caring for her and her brother over the summer and I ask prayer for wisdom for this time and for the meeting tomorrow morning with her doctor. Hopefully he will have good information and instruction for me on how to handle any adverse situations that may arise.
